Just took it off the grill. Not too bad, actually. I'll throw it in with my eggs tomorrow morning.

Im pretty sure it's cooked during canning so I'm not sure if you'd need to worry about internal temp...aside from changing the taste and texture.  I made grilled spam nigiri sushi for a luau bday party.  Good stuff!

Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

It doesn't matter. Spam is cooked in the can before you buy it.

Apparently the sarcasm in my asking of that question wasn't thick enough....

I was just trying to sound intelligent.  I know you knew what I knew and knew the answer.  You are wise my Spam feasting friend.

Yeah, I was probably a bit thick, but then, I'm probably one of the few people that actually likes Spam.

I don't think it's a silly question at all as I'm sure there is a safe temp for any food once you heat it due to the fact if it's not hot enough it breeds bacteria especially if sat for a period of time. Even though it's pre cooked once you open the can it's exposed to stuff ( hence spam will still go mouldy )  .. maybe wrong but still think it's a valid question 🤪
