that does look very lean, i would think low and slow would work out grate. Can't wait for the results
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Darko

You can cook it like you would lamb.

HoosierKettle

I'm not familiar with that cut. Camel toe is all I know about.

I'm sure that type of meat requires either a very low temperature or sliced to smaller portions and cooked at a very temperature.

Not lean. More like an Arby's sandwich

Ha!  @Travis you must be telling me that camel will give me the runs...

On a side note, Low and slow on lean meats is generally a bad idea...

Q: How do you know something is bull$h!t?
A: When you are not allowed to question it.

SMOKE FREAK

I would cook it like you would a lean piece of beef...Like bottom round perhaps...Medium rare at most for the finish temp...

However...If ya only have one chance to get it right I wouldn't listen to me...Google is your friend...

blksabbath

You can cook it the same as domestic moose knuckle.

Never had camel, other than the aforementioned camel toe... 8) There were no grills involved.
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

Well, depending on your location, make sure the camel is outfitted with the correct "real registered EU/US/UK/AUS/CAN documents passports id driver's licences" otherwise there could be trouble. Especially in Georgia. They especially don't like CAN driver's licenses there.

Then, cook, eat, and enjoy the camel and report back here how it tasted.
