Tri tip

Wife's at a Katy Perry concert tonight. just me and the girls and i felt like some meat and potatoes. Hadnt used ol jack for a while so he got the cal tonight. Had a huge tri tip that I cut in half. Using my knife I poked slits into the meat and inserted sliced garlic. Seasoned it with Montreal smoke steak. Came out hella good
