Wow that all looks so delicious!! How was that kettle with all the different foods on it setup? Was everything over direct heat and covered the whole time? I need to learn how to cook more than 1 thing on a kettle.

Ill need to figure out whats a good Aussie cook on the kettle. I have some Aussies that work with us (coalition partnership) and would love to grill up some home foods for them.
