F=Freak. A 'freak' is a very rare grill most would never cook on regardless of it's condition to keep from causing any further wear or damage to it.

Examples would be a Galley Que, Penthouse, Original, Custom, Westerner, maybe even an old red panhandle Smokey Joe  Do you have a rare one that you have cooked on just to see what it's like? ???

Last year I scored a date code "P" WSM. It had never been cooked on and was kept covered all those years . I debated for weeks on what to do with it , sell it , save it or use it . In the end I realized that it was built to use and I have enjoyed it ever since and will pass it on to my son along with the story of how I got it .

I have never done it myself, the closest I have gotten was my Imperial, but i'm not sure that would qualify.
