I’m using Marty’s bigger better basket and hawgheaven’s pork butt method. Hawgheaven sent me a thing of tiger sauce and secret aardvark sauce out of the blue. Thanks man!! Anyways it’s still got a couple hours and can’t think of a better thing to do on a snowy day.

Butt finishing in the oven. Beans took its place and made some fresh slaw in anticipation.
