No Pics but I did a 6 lb Pork Loin with smashed Red potatoes with a Toasted Cumin vinaigrette and the Mrs' Holiday Green Bean Casserole . Rubbed the Loin with Pigs Ass Memphis rub (Thanks Secret Santa!!!). Cooked the Pork to 135 IT, wrapped and rested for 30 mins...
There are only a few slices of the Pork remaining.... That spells LUNCH today...
