Most of us have big dinner plans that include our kettles... time to show off your cooking skills.

Here is my plan for Christmas

6 racks of ribs going on my grill ;-)

Better late then never... plated photo from the finished ribs ;-)

Very nice, but I'm only doing shrimp. Going to the in laws for Christmas.
Wife said "No more GRILLS in this house!" So I bought a 2nd house!

No Pics but I did a 6 lb Pork Loin with smashed Red potatoes with a Toasted Cumin vinaigrette and the Mrs' Holiday Green Bean Casserole  .  Rubbed the Loin with Pigs Ass Memphis rub (Thanks Secret Santa!!!).  Cooked the Pork to 135 IT, wrapped and rested for 30 mins...

There are only a few slices of the Pork remaining....  That spells LUNCH today... :)

Nice Cook BTW!!!
Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

No pics...but grilled a 10.5 lb standing rib roast....cooked to 125 F....indirect SnS.....used salt, pepper and garlic powder for the rub....the kettle worked its magic and it came out perfectly

Together we'll fight the long defeat.

I always have to fry a turkey breast at the in laws.  So while it was frying I threw a venison loin and tenderloin on my Smokey Joe indirect.  Until it got to 140 IT then seared it.  Both were great.
