In the teens and snowing steadily in Indiana but ribs sounded good (and the new alien n sear begged to be used).

Great looking ribs! Snow grilling is the best. I'm cooking a pork shoulder tomorrow myself and just shoveled off my deck around the Kettle. It's a shame people limit themselves to grilling only in warm weather.
