Christmas Brisket
« on: December 26, 2017, 07:14:44 AM »
This year we did a brisket on the 26" er. It was my first brisket on a Weber and it turned out great! Started early, weather was 30 degrees, light rain, drizzle, and up and down wind.

Glad she turned out good for ya. Definitely not the beat grilling/smoking weather ever, but makes for fun cooks.

Yes it was a lot of fun and everyone enjoyed it. I offered sauce, but no one used it. Onward and upward!![emoji106]

If they didn’t take sauce, then you seasoned it well. ;) Congrats! Wind is the toughest smoking obstacle.
Glad it went well for you!
