Arctic Blast New York Strips on Christmas.

Merry Christmas!  It is 14 degrees and dropping along with snowing and blowing winds here in Michigan.  I grilled some New York strips steaks on my Bessie Blue kettle. 


They were delicious!  Medium rare for the wife and medium for myself.

You are braver than us.  It didn't top -5 today, so we opted for Mom's pot roast.  Down to -20 tonight.  Your steaks look great, BTW!
