Beef fillets and sprouts

Beef fillets wrapped in locally hickory smoked bacon, reverse seared, and a mushroom, cheese cream sauce that the Mrs. provided. Sprouts with bacon done in the black iron pan and a side of leftover potatoes. Not many pics, just enjoyed the cook.

Love me some beef filets and those look just right ! ! !

Brussels are also a favorite here.  Last batch were parboiled, seasoned, and wrapped in bacon.
