Looks like my Secret Santa Rocks the Red.  Thanks Mike! You nailed it with this two zone SS cooking grate from @ABCbarbecue.  I am kinda a SS fan (nut).  I have a Slow N Sear this will match up with in ol' yeller.  @MikeRocksTheRed

You're welcome!  I love mine.  Read the directions!  It clearly says to either us it with the removable grate on or off and not to switch it around while hot.  I of course don't follow directions and have learned to get it on or off with tongs, it just takes a little practice.  It's good to have some good gloves handy in case tongs don't cut it.  It's a hell of a grate and I've put it through its paces so far with no complaints.  It cleans up really well.

Got mine this afternoon, but was a busy day at the hotel. For a guy that’s “Not very versed in knives.” Damascus... really!? And a ton of hot sauce. I hope you reveal yourself. The knife is way out of my norm, and will continue to expand my collection. The wood and damascus reflects my beloved Shuns, but contrasts all my pocket knives. Can’t stop looking at it. Beautiful! Can’t wait to try some of the sauces. I will post some pics as soon as I can. Above and beyond! Thank you!

The fact that my FIL is a chef by trade, and prefers German knives. I’m a home cook, that prefers Asian knives... this combines both... Just a really cool knife.

@TheDude, Glad you like the knife. I love mine and ironically I prefer Asian knives as well. Specifically my Yoshikazu Ikeda made knives. The pepper sauce is local and our go to sauce for our take on our Brunswick stew recipe. Enjoy both!

I collect old hand tools and cast iron and he sent some pieces for the tool collection and some homemade cast iron pan seperators.
And some Weber goodies...
Also a Weber seafood seasoning that's not it the pic.

 Glad you liked everything. That seasoning is not offered anymore I have a friend of the family that was able to get 8 of them they had left.

So my wife told me I had another secret santa box waiting at the house for me.  I came home and opened up the box to find all of this, on top of the custom cup I received earlier this week.  Thanks so much Santa! My first zav wood handle as well! I'm stoked to try the shish kabob rack out! Tons of new recipes in the box to look over, thanks whoever you are very much!
