First cook on my limited edition red

Hey all,  I got my new limited red today.  Fortunately, mine didn't have any of the problems others here have been finding.  I thought I'd cook some country pork ribs.  Everything worked just dandy.  My new SNS is on its way.  Also looking at a vortex.  This is my first usable 22, so my toolkit is just starting.  Thanks for looking.

It was too dark to see any change, if it happened.  I thought I heard either here or on YouTube that they do.  It didn't cross my mind to look while cooking.

Love it!! Did you get to enjoy seeing it turn dark red like the old ones? Also, country style ribs are my personal favorite!! Nice work, all around!
