The Night Watch

With fall and early sunsets upon us. It's a great opportunity to take some interesting shots of smoke, fire and weber in action. While these aren't great examples, you get the idea. Let's see your best evening cook shots...

Well ..if I am going to grill at night, I prefer to do it when there is 4 plus feet of snow on the ground

Late night barbecues are a time honoured tradition at my house.  But, starting this time of year, they don't have to be all that late to take place at twilight or after dark.

I grabbed a quick selection of pictures going back to when I got my first Weber.

I've always felt that there's something unique and special about being in the dark silence and stillness of a fall evening in the. Ack yard with the quiet hisses and pops of lump charcoal starting up and grey smoke slowly rising into a dark sky.

Its amazing how quickly one weber kettle turns into more than a dozen!  Always open to grabbing something interesting so let me know what you've got!

Shit. I’ve erased all my night cooks. Just have pics on my phone. I found one pic though. I believe this was the first night I brought home my yellow. Unloaded it from the truck and fired it up, first thing.

Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

Last nights cook up. Abt’s, brats with onion, pepper, jalapeño, kraut, simmered in lager beer on the blue mt. You’re correct, @crowderjd , I’m using this cooker a lot right now. Very convenient.
