I just cooked two recipes from my new favorite cookbook.
I made bbq stuffed meatloaf filled with feta cheese, roasted red peppers, sundried tomatoes, and basil. Some indirect grilling using charcoal and chunks of hickory.
I also made roasted garlic twice baked potatoes. Fantastic! I make twice baked potatoes often. I make roasted garlic mash potatoes often. How is it that i never combined those two things?
I ate six of them tonight.
