Finally broke out my vintage NOS Roti

On the pat pend Seville

Skewered a yardbird Tami dressed up

Doing some veggies on the other pat pend redhead

Broke out the vintage Weber instructions and folded my own drip pan

Showing off the color change

30 minutes in with peach wood

Time for some wine



And apparently too much wine was consumed because I don't have any finished or plated pics but it was good and skin was nice and crispy and the meat was moist
