Tri tip and smoked Mac N cheese

Just felt like trying something new with the Mac n cheese, my wife made the cheese sauce from scratch, she used a pioneer woman recipe




Dumped it into the CI skillit and added bread crumbs to give it that nice crust. Used jack Daniels barrel chips for the smoke


Update in 30 mins

Rough couple of days. Sick toddler, sick wife, 4 month old and I haven't had dinner yet. I soooo want a plate of this meal right now.

Lol I'm right there with you, 5 year old has a cold 2 year old was up all night miserable it's just a matter of time before me and the wife are sick. Just put everyone to sleep and do some caveman pizza bites like troy lol
