@kettlebb keeping the gasser smoker as it is sentimental to me and I can smoke up to 60#'s in it. But I still have plenty room for two 22's (or a 26 & 22) on the patio.

@jules that bird looks AWESOME!!

@TheHaz it is very easy. I spatchcock a chicken about every two weeks. My wife loves it.

Also, I just like saying spatchcock hahahha
