Pork Chimichurri

Marinaded a pork tenderloin in some chimichurri sauce that I prepared.


On the Performer.


Flipped.


Rendered some bacon.


Added cabbage and onions.


And an avocado and bread.


Plated.


This was a tasty meal.  Thanks for looking
