Already cut some I think it looks good

In the food processor a little s&p to taste and olive oil. It tastes amazing

Pork and beans looks amazing! The eggplant doesn’t look appetizing but I would have to try it to find out. I have a pork tenderloin I might just have to try this.

I know I thought the same thing about the eggplant. Tami split the portion in half and made 1 a little spicy and the other with cilantro and other stuff both were really tasty I would not ha e been a believer either
