Man those look good.  I need to practice on my ribs...blah.

I like the roasting pan you have the st. Louis sitting in.  What kind is it?

It's about 10 years old; it's the Sam's Club house brand, Member's Mark.  I don't know if it was a special run or something becasue it's VERY heavy and was only $20.  I went back to get another the following week and they were sold out.  A new shipment came in about a month later, but ther were more expensive, smaller and a much thinner gauge of metal.

Nice looking ribs! I did some on my son's kettle last week when I was visiting. I coiled them up to fit:

I sort of trimmed them St. Louis style and did the trimmings on his mini-WSM.
kettles, smokers...

I might have to try that; especially since I started pre-cutting for parties.  Uncut, most people will grab a half-slab without even thinking about it but if you cut into two-bone portions, they're "relatively" happy with 4 bones and everyone gets at least one helping.

Not this guy!

Never mind the flame, the wood I was using for smoke flamed up when I opened the lid to snap a pic.

I didn't know there was any other way to smoke ribs but on a Weber Kettle. :) Those ribs do look good! I will be making some up this weekend for the Mrs. for Mother's Day.
If it needs to be Heated to be Eated, I can do it on my Weber!

Well,  I have only done them on the kettle. I use racks though. Sorry,  I need to take more pic's of my cooks. I also do the flash cooks when time doesn't allow. Firmer, but still tastey.

I tend to do my ribs on a rack as well. I did a lot of flipping and rotating for these but they turned out quite well.

This year I'm going to try laying them out on the Cajun Bandit.
