Porkchops, wings, and whatever else I can rustle up.  Trying to decide who gets my attention today.  Kinda sux it's blowing about 40mph across my yard.  Just gonna have to keep the hose handy.  Looked for the windless side of the house and there is no such thing today.  Plus it is H O T hot!

You could buy an ash catcher assembly and convert a kettle to an OTG. That could help on windy days.

That is exactly what I was wondering.  I had been paging through other post to see if they would fit and you brought it straight to me.  Thanks a bunch kettlebb.  I appreciate it.

If either kettle is 2004 or newer it should just snap in. If not then you'll need a mod to make it work but it's really easy.
