This was so good, it's not even funny. Picked up a nice chub of beef bologna from the local butcher, scored it and hit it with some Rudy's Rub. https://shop.rudysbbq.com/multi-line-text-field/

Smoked it on the roti with a peach chunk and a cherry chunk.
