Tri-tip Sandwiches

Didn't take any other pics, but they were delicious. Used the recipe from Raichlen's book. Served with carmelized red onion and provolone on toasted ciabatta bread.

Looks great Neil - what book? I have a grilling vacation coming up, and these would make a great lunch.
