Looks great.  Enjoy your new Wok!  I have one of the ones that sites in place of the cooking grate.  I've only used it twice, but man it was good.  I need to break that thing out more often.

2 lbs stir fry steak (sirloin)

1 onion

2 green bell peppers

2 parts rice vinegar

1 part sesame oil

Tbl spoon of ginger

Olive oil

Minced garlic

Soy sauce

Del monte steamed broccoli

Let the charcoals ash over. Heated the wok for 10 min with grill lid on. Meanwhile marinated steak in soy sauce and ginger. Sautéed onions and peppers in soy sauce and olive oil and garlic. Put steak in pouring the rice vinegar sesame oil ginger mixture. Cooked with lid on for 5-10 min, stirring occasionally. Added broccoli and let simmer a couple minutes. Served over rice. The Cajun in me added some tobacco sauce to my dish.
