Ribs for me too, but I had to add crab cakes. The perfect combo!



I am planning on doing Baltimore style crab cakes this coming week. Probably miid week.  Yours look good!

Nothing better IMHO - these are cajun style - a little extra kick, and a spicy remoulade sauce. Cast iron is the way to go.
