And it aint wings... 8)

Started with these lil potatoes around the Mighty V...Also a red pepper...

Turned them into this grilled potato salad...
I love this salad because it's dressed with olive oil and Parmesan cheese...NOT mustard and mayo...

Tossed on some thighs...Some with an Alabama White Sauce...Some with out...

Then I tried this weird sorta onion thing and some dinner rolls...

Time to eat :)

When supper was done the Vortex still was hot enough to grill some peaches...
And we ate em with vanilla bean ice cream...

And thats it...No wings were harmed in the Vortex action...

Thanks for looking...

Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

Sliced up a couple onions. Mixed em with some worch sauce, olive oil, water, and s&p...cooked covered for around 30 minutes...uncovered and added a mix of Gouda, Panko, parsley, and more oil and s&p...

To do it again I would just use the Cast Iron and cook them uncovered over high heat and then add the toppings and go indirect till the cheese melts...

Looks great, a Vortex is on my wish list.
