Grilled wings

Grilled some wings this weekend on the Performer using the SnS for the first time with wings. Best color I've ever seen, right before I sauced them :)

I am trying this tonight and happened to come across your post. Looks great!  Did you sear on the direct heat and then transfer to the indirect or just indirect entire time?

Were the wings raw of frozen when u put them on?  Did u brine?

Raw and no brine. Then sauced half with buffalo sauce, the other with bbq when I pulled them off.
