5 kettles in use. A 18" and 14" WSM in use. A Q that cooks hot dogs in use. A SSP ready for restore, and a 22" MBH behind that. A SJ that just lights chimneys. These things are now living in my dining room. Yet I'm still searching CL, offer up, let go and others on a daily basis...
Still need a 22" yellow

That's a decent start but I think you need to try harder to get more I have 30 grills or maybe 32 I forget and still look daily for new deals it's ok

I don't have a ton of land to start. A career change is putting me in an "apparent" for the next yearish. None are getting sold, but most will be in storage for a while. If a yellow, or something of the such comes up... I'm still all over it. I just need to stop buying stuff, just because it's cheap.

Lol, it is addicting. I thought after I got my aristocrat it would quell the urge for a little while but not so much. Rare items so rarely pop up in my area I am always on the lookout.

Oh yeah... you got it...  you got it bad...  Weberitis...
Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

Only look at the FREE listings and that'll help take the edge off the Weberholicism withdrawal symptoms. If that dont work you'll have to try self deprivation and give all your kettles away....we'll all help you with that.
You can't always get what you want....but if you try sometimes you get what you need

Don't quit cold turkey. You'll relapse and end up with 4 kettles scored in a single day.

Seriously though I get it. I only have 7 but I look every day. It's hard when you see an AH OTG that you can get for DIRT CHEAP and think why not. Thank God I don't have a shed or pole barn.

Looking for: Red MBH 26"(The Aristocrat), Chestnut-coppertone (The Estate), Glen-blue (The Imperial), and The Plainsman.

Madpap

I've got 7 also. I'm looking every day also. How many is enough? I don't think anyone knows. I sure don't.

I've gone from none to 2 in about 45 days and probably making a 4 hour round trip tomorrow to pick up a RedHead SSP GA. And I'm always looking see what other finds might pop up and be available. But I have narrowed my focus to just colored kettles so that keeps me in line a little better.

I don't have enough real estate to collect... especially now that the garden is built.
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

Hey don't forget to be well rounded and get a happy cooker or 2 just because

You can make room for one of those. It's great being able to grill a whole meal and lunch for the next day all at once.

I'm not keeping count.
Like Kenny Rogers:
You've got to know when to hold 'em
Know when to fold 'em
Know when to walk away
And know when to run
You never count your kettles
When your sitting watching Craigslist
They'll be time enough to count them
When your wife finds out

I'm on vacation right now and have my oldest kid picking up a fifteen dollar 90's MT for me right now. Yeah, it's bad.
