Surf and Turf on Q
« on: June 23, 2017, 06:31:35 PM »
Cooked some strips and some lobster tails I found at Safeway for $5 each.  No they were not cooked on a kettle but my Red Q2200.  It was one of those days I just wanted to use my Weber gasser.  The pics turned out so good I really wanted to share them in a post.  If this gets moved I won't be offended.  It was a great meal and a good time.

Great looking cook up Dave. Tails is one thing I've never attempted. Great job.
