Didnt get any startup pics.....but I was finally able to get "my" iPad back to snap a few.

i had some pork steaks and CSRs that i threw on.  some in regular morton season all then some local little rub that i have been liking.  hit some of them with bbq sauce towards the end.  they were good.  CSRs could have used a bit more time.  but were still really good.

Also had some chicken breasts on the 18.   i used a kroger brand poultry grilling rub.  it was just a little peppery, but ok.  these things were freaking perfect.  they were the juiciest chicken breasts i have EVER made.  when i was checking them to take them off i picked a couple up with the tongs.  and they felt, well spongy.  and i was like oh man these are raw on the inside.  NOOOOO!!!  super juicy, perfectly cooked.  im proud of these.

ribs pre-boiling & reaching for the lighter fluid!

Grate lookin' cook !!!

You can tell the chicken would be good from how it 'melted' into the grill.....everytime I get them like that, they're juicy........
