I inject my butts with Apple Juice, a little vinegar and some rub all mixed up.  I guess I put about 2 cups of injection in.   

Right before I wrap it at 170 IT, I pour some of the drippings into the foil and back on til 205 or so.  wrap it in a towel, into the cooler and a few hours later... Pull, Eat and repeat!!!

Looks grate to me!!

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

Looks great. I tried injecting one before and I couldn't taste the injection or tell any difference once it finished.  Almost like it all cooked out. Am I doing it wrong?
