Hard to tell from the photo, but the sweeper blades are offset from each other and installed in order.
H clip > 1 > 2 > 3 > set in bowl > washer > arm

Another idea - paint the ring & ash bucket.  I picked up a OTG with the silver ring/bucket and painted each one.  Turned out fantastic!
I plan on painting my Performer ring once I figure out a color.  lol

How difficult or easy is it to replace the bowl on a SS Performer? TIA

Very easy. If it’s got gas ignition, the first step is to take a Philips screwdriver and remove the spark plug from the burner tube. Be careful with the screw - it’s pretty tiny. Once that’s out you just put a box end wrench on the nuts below the frame rails to hold them in place and unscrew the screw heads with a ratcheting socket wrench. Do that four times, and you’re ready to lift the bowl out of the frame. The burner tube bracket on mine was easy to get off, but the lower lid bail attachment was rusted solid. If it comes to it, you can go on the outside of the bowl and take the screw head off with a hacksaw. Replace all the hardware with stainless when it goes back together, and you won’t have to worry about repeating that process.

Ah, so you're talking about putting a non-Performer bowl into a Performer frame...

Yeah, I know people have done it, but it generally seems like more trouble than it's worth.  You can find Performer bowls for sale on a fairly regular basis - I'd go that route.

The One-Touch blades on my 2004 SS performer were stainless steel, was that not the case with all Performers?

Mine’s a 1997, and the sweeps were rusted to hell when I got her.
