Well its called this in the Swedish pizza spots. Flavours is spot on. Give it a try!
Dough,this is not my go to but a fast fermented one. Not near as good...But hey if you wanna have pizza in a few this will work.


Tomato sauce,Tuna(not the nasty stuff...This is the canned option :cool: ) Cheese,capers,pickled bell,cayennepepper&Cray tails(optional)


On a hot Grill:

That looks awesome! I like the raised grate, must keep it pretty close to the lid, in helping distribute heat
to the toppings

Craig this is a standard Primo rack. Wount fit so well in the Weber im afrain. Not if you have the big stone like me. But raise the stone in the Weber with standard firebriks works great.

Glras: Its the dome temp that needs to be high...The top must be cooked before the dough is dehydrated or even worse burnt.

As always, a fantastic cook with great photos.  Thats an interesting flavor combo for pizza.
