Burger Month Entry -- The KISS Burger
« on: May 31, 2017, 02:40:43 PM »
All,

I grilled up the "Keep It Simple Stupid" burger a few days ago. 1/2 pound of farm raised Angus beef, fresh baked bun,  with onion, lettuce, mayo, chedder, and of course.... Bacon! Served it with homemade red potato fries, beans and a pickle. It was awesome!

Looks great. I used to add all kinds of stuff to my burgers to TRY and make them taste great. It wasn't until I watched a bbq show where the guy just took a hand full of ground meat from the package, formed it into a patty, salt and peppered it, and grilled it. Tried that and have never looked back. Now my family actualy craves them and askes when we are having burgers again.Great taste and super easy.
