Recently found mine at Ace for $35.  Home Depot and Lowe's are hit or miss.

Well I received my grate today. I can't wait to use it with my Vortex. Excited
I ordered from Amazon. The grate is much thicker than the original premium kettle's grate.

I had one and didn't like it for regular grilling purposes. The grill got rusted and pitted out quickly with minimal use.  Plus I didn't like the middle falling out when taking it out.

That being said, Weber customer service was awesome and sent me a replacement grill when I contacted them.
