Hell Fire Grill















I do my own stunts.


A little EVOO and shaved garlic on the shrooms.




And thats all I have to say about that.......................for now.

I have not seen steaks cooked that way, did you get a ton of ash on them, sure look great plated

Nope no noticable ash. If you get a little ash you can brush it off with a with a small brush. I did have chunks of charcoal stick to them but they come right off. The steaks tasted so good you would never notice any ash. Besides when your cookin in mother natures kitchen sometimes you get more than you expected.

Looks real good! I saw Steven Raichlen do that technique on an RK in a YouTube vid. I want to try this.
