Cooked steady at 250° for around 9 hours. Had to add fuel at the 6 hour mark. Turned out pretty good for the first attempt.

Looks pretty dang good....not crumbly, so not overdone....not dry looking, so not underdone.....right down the middle....Good Job !!!!

Thank you sir. I'll take it like this every time if I can get it. I was really happy with how easy it was to control the temp.
