Graduation Party

Our neighbor is graduating HS and @TD15 and I have been asked to help prepare the meat. The initial count was 200+ people. Meat count is 5 brisket and 6 shoulders (90 lbs meat). Gonna be an awesome weekend cook. I hope to do this thread justice by keeping a photo journal.

This is gonna be awesome. That pic gave me an idea. Sidewalk chalk to write times and notes in front of the cookers. Wood types, fuel used, burn times. Maybe I need another beer.
