Hi all,

My first post here. I am Tom from Germany aspecialy from Bavaria. I have done a Bacon Bomb and will show you my doing.

At first you need some Bacon stripes to make a net.

Make it perfect to get a good warped bomb.

Than i take the groundmeat and mix it with some magic dust and put it on the bacon net.

Some Chillies and mushrooms, a view cross bacon strips, corn and a hot bbq sauce and also a lot of chees:-)

Wrap all together to a bomb like this on

I have prepared my GBS to 150 degree indirectly grilling and put the bomb on it

Give this nice looking one some smok and around 1 1/2 hour to get well done

The bomb needs a inside temp from 70-75 degrees to be finished and than it looks so fantastic to me.... together with a bottle of bavarian beer. Oh man, what do you need more:-) yummy yummy yummy

@HoosierKettle jep, the ground is beef. We call it Hackfleisch. Same like hamburger patties.
