So I like my gassers to start with the popper,  I installed this, which is different from stock and it will rarely work.



Anyone else have the same issue?

Jeff, I haven't had to replace anything on my Jr. It lights everytime with the popper/button. Hope you can figure out the problem.   Zee     8)

Pretty sure I used the same one on the Jr. I restored. I don't recall having any issues. @LightningBoldtz Can you see a spark?  Getting enough LP flow at the inlet?

I haven't done a thing with my chocolate Jr except add CI grates. I'm thinking Jr will be up next after I finish the Gen 1000 I'm currently restoring. I will say that I just added a brand new 7509 to the 1000 and haven't had a problem at all.
