Since the rain has stopped and the sun peeks out every now and then, I lit our grill and put my Cornish Hens on to slow cook. Had to make them inside or out so might as well try to go as far as possible on my kettle. Will take finished pics later

Grate start! What did you season them with?
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

A little of this and that........some lemon pepper, garlic, curry and a dash of what we call the mystery spice.....pumpkin pie spice. I know that sounds weird, but I sprinkle a dash of PPS on all my poultry that I cook inside.  It smells amazing and adds a mystery flavor that everyone likes but can't fully define.
