I got a half of a pork loin sitting around that wants to be cooked today and I have some free time.
Mushrooms and stove top stuffing


Butterflied up and ready to stuff

Rolled and tied off. Squeezed it a little tight. Lost some stuffing.

Standby for the cook happening in 2 hours.

Because pork can dry out so quickly, I try to look for things that'll add moisture for stuffing
