Brazilian Style Garlic Sirloin Steak - Malcom Reed

With all the talk about Malcom Reed's recipes I now follow him on youtube. Friday he posted a video on brazilian style garlic sirloin steak using the weber rotisserie. I don't have a rotisserie but figured other people would be interested in trying it.

I will be trying this out. Thanks! I love Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse in USA. Wondering if they actually marinate any of there meats or not as a authentic Brazilian steakhouse.

I like what this guy cooks.  He has a recipe for a bacon bomb fatty stuffed with cream cheese, grated cheese and jalapenos.  Looks awesome but I was almost getting a heart attack just looking at it lol!
