Last night was an easy peasy dinner... brats and peppers on a bun. Don't look like much, butt dayum it was goood! Grilled on RedHead , equipped with the SToK CI grill, center removed, Vortex in charge, loaded with RO lump. Placed around the hole, flipped once. Peppers and red sauce done inside on the stove.

The red sauce is a can of tomato sauce, minced garlic, sauteed onions and multi-colored bell peppers... salt and pepper to taste. Pretty simple.
