Maple-Cherry Glazed Pork Loin
« on: April 04, 2017, 12:03:26 PM »
I was asked to cook for some neighborhood kids for their prom dinner last month. Turned out really well:

Smoked Pork Loin (Maple-Cherry Glaze, Cherry Wood)

Close-up

Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Fresh green beans with butter and lemon zest

Vanilla Ice Cream with peach syrup and toasted almonds.

Webers do it all (except for ice cream)!

Thanks...that pork loin was really tasty. There wasn't much left after the kids got done with it but we were able to get a taste in at least.

That looks awesome. Can you share the recipe for the pork roast?
