Fullbore BBQ

Been playing around with chicken wings, brine and sauce combinations lately here is just a few pictures of the results 50/50 Blues Hog sauce


Kosmos Q rubs and a quality teriyaki sauce mixed with some Franks Hot sauce

I picked up the new Blues Hog Championship sauce and it reminds me of the Tenn Red and Original mixed. Give that a try..I really like it.

I tried blue Hogs original on my last wing cook, paired with Killer Hogs rub. Married very well.

Looks great!   How much charcoal, do you stick in the baskets, and how long do you cook 'em?    Any idea of the temp?

Fullbore BBQ

I just fill a large Weber chimney full and divide it, I cook around 350-375 for around and hour. Just watch um the fat will bubble under the skin, that's the ticket sauce um and there the cat meow after that
