took a stab at it

smoked some pepper jack today, just a small block to test during cooking dinner
rain tried to shut me down
good thing I bought some cheapo rain jackets today

 

I mean, it looks smoked lol we will see in 2  or so weeks

Hmmmm.  Wonder if someone will bring an assortment of smoked cheeses to the picnic in June (subtle hint).
