Ribs on special k

Some nice back ribs on my red special k with some Stubbs sticky sweet and a apple wood chunk. Used Santa Maria seasoning for the start. Most of them are already gone.

Thanks! That red was a 20 special on facebook yard sale. It was really clean when I picked it up. Also have 2 more reds in the family. All get used equally.

I already ate 3/4 of the entire plate. They were amazing. I normally smoke them but decided for a quick burn this time. Up next is pork ribs sometime later in the week.
